French Fry Sauce/dip

1 c. Tomato
1 c. Young Coconut meat
1/4 c. Olive oil
2 TB to 1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TB Miso
1 tsp. Salt
Blend all in a blender until smooth
Store in fridge. Salt it on top. Use to dip french fries or tator tots into
