Chocolate Mint

1 C. Coconut Milk (from a can)
1/2 C. Coconut oil
1/4 C. Dates
2 TB.  Cocao, organic
1 TB. Peppermint Flavoring

Blend together in vitamix. Pour into a shallow container & put into fridge. Cut into squares when it hardens & then eat & enjoy.
